Custom services only on the basis of a separate quote

1. Scope

These terms cover custom music projects for companies, brands, hotels, resorts, destinations, campaigns and events.

2. Enquiry and contract

An enquiry through the website is non-binding. A project begins only when a separate quote covering scope, fee, schedule and usage rights has been expressly accepted.

3. Production and revisions

Production scope, delivery formats, revision steps and deadlines are defined individually in the quote.

4. Usage rights

Usage rights are defined in the individual quote and granted in the agreed scope after full payment. Rights not expressly granted remain with RAENORY or the relevant rights holders.

5. Confidentiality

Confidential project information is used only for discussing and delivering the project.
