Privacy notice

How we process personal data

1. Controller

The controller is the provider named in the Legal Notice. Contact: contact@raenorymusic.com.

2. Applicable law

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

3. Data and purposes

We process account and verified-email data, request and briefing information, communications, campaign-code use, technical security data and, when you opt in, newsletter consent records. The purposes are account administration, preparation and performance of requested services, communication, security, legal compliance and newsletter delivery.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the purpose, processing is based on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or your voluntary consent. Newsletter emails are sent only after separate confirmation and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Service providers and international processing

We use Firebase/Google for authentication and database services, Netlify for hosting, server functions and cover storage, Zoho for email delivery and Google Fonts for typography. These providers may process technical data, including IP addresses, and may process data outside the European Economic Area using recognised safeguards where required.

6. Retention

Data is kept only as long as required for the service, legal claims, security and statutory retention duties. Newsletter consent records are kept until withdrawal and as needed to document the consent. Pending confirmation links expire after 48 hours.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw newsletter consent through your account or by email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), cpdp.bg.

8. Essential browser storage

The website currently uses only browser storage required for authentication, language selection, security and remembering this notice. No advertising or analytics cookies are currently used. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are added, they will not be activated before the required choice is provided.

9. Updates

We update this notice when services or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
