Terms and conditions

Terms for RAENORY custom music services

1. Scope

These terms apply to Personal Songs, Business Quick Songs and Custom Brand Projects supplied by RAENORY.

2. Account and briefing

A verified account is required to submit a request. You are responsible for accurate information and for having the right to provide all submitted text, names, images and reference material.

3. Request and contract formation

Submitting a request is not an immediate purchase. RAENORY first reviews the brief and provides the applicable preview or individual offer. A contract is formed only when the project scope and price are confirmed and accepted.

4. Preview, revision and payment

Personal Songs and Business Quick Songs include a 30–45 second preview and one revision within the original brief. Payment is due only after approval. Custom Brand Projects follow the individual offer and agreed deposit.

5. Delivery

After payment, the agreed files are delivered electronically, normally as MP3 and WAV. Delivery timing depends on the brief, feedback and project scope.

6. Rights of use

Personal Song prices cover private, non-commercial use only. Business Quick covers only the uses stated on the Business page. Paid advertising, broadcast, resale, client work and larger campaigns require a Custom Brand Project and an individual licence. Rights are granted only after full payment.

7. Personalised digital content and withdrawal

Where the law provides a withdrawal right, you may expressly request that work starts before the withdrawal period ends. The right may end after full performance or delivery of the personalised digital content when the legal requirements, including prior express consent and acknowledgement, are met. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. AI-assisted production

RAENORY may combine AI-assisted tools with human creative direction, selection and editing. A specific resemblance to an existing artist, recording or protected work is not promised.

9. Liability

Liability is governed by mandatory Bulgarian law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited.

10. Applicable law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable at your habitual residence and statutory rights regarding competent courts remain unaffected. Questions and complaints can be sent to contact@raenorymusic.com.
