Terms and conditions

Terms for RAENORY custom music services

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to Personal Songs, Business Quick Songs and Custom Brand Projects. The provider is identified in the Legal Information.

2. Requests and contract formation

Creating an account and sending a request are free and do not by themselves create an obligation to buy. RAENORY may accept or decline a request. For Personal Songs and Business Quick Songs, a paid contract is formed only when the customer approves the preview or final scope and RAENORY confirms the order and price. A Custom Brand Project is formed through the individual written quote and its acceptance.

3. Service, preview and revisions

Personal Songs and Business Quick Songs normally include a 30–45 second preview and one revision within the original brief. New concepts, changed lyrics, changed style or additional versions may require a new quote. Custom Brand Projects follow the agreed scope, milestones and revision rounds.

4. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices displayed for Personal Songs and Business Quick Songs include the stated scope. Payment is due only after approval and before delivery of the complete files. Custom Brand Projects follow the agreed deposit and payment schedule. Delivery is electronic, normally as MP3 and WAV, and depends on the brief, feedback and project scope.

5. Customer material

You must provide accurate information and have the necessary rights and permissions for all names, stories, lyrics, images, recordings, references and other material submitted. Do not submit unlawful, confidential or third-party material without authorisation.

6. Rights of use

Personal Song prices cover private, non-commercial use only. Business Quick covers use on the customer’s own website and organic social-media channels unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Paid advertising, broadcast, resale, client work, sublicensing and larger campaigns require a Custom Brand Project or an additional written licence. Rights begin only after full payment.

7. Consumer withdrawal

Where the customer is a consumer and a distance contract is concluded, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. At the customer’s express request, performance may begin before that period ends. If the customer withdraws after requesting early performance, a proportionate amount may be due for work already performed. The right of withdrawal ends after the service has been fully performed only where the customer gave prior express consent and acknowledged that consequence. Separate confirmation will be provided when the paid order is concluded. Business customers do not have the statutory consumer withdrawal right.

8. Model withdrawal statement

To withdraw, send a clear statement to contact@raenorymusic.com. You may use: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following RAENORY service: [service/order], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”

9. AI-assisted production and creative result

RAENORY may combine AI-assisted tools with human creative direction, selection and editing. The customer receives an original project result within the agreed brief; a specific resemblance to an existing artist, voice, recording or protected work is not promised. Reference songs describe direction only and must not be copied.

10. Defects and complaints

Mandatory rights relating to conformity of digital content and services remain unaffected. Complaints can be sent to contact@raenorymusic.com with the order details and a clear description of the issue.

11. Liability

Liability is governed by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.

12. Law and jurisdiction

Bulgarian law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions and statutory jurisdictions of the country in which a consumer habitually resides remain unaffected.
